Ivy Gables Senior Living is a 65 and older, retirement community that has the feel of a French Country Bed and Breakfast. When you choose Ivy Gables Senior Living you are choosing a lifestyle.
Schedule and PayPRN position Monday - Friday, every other weekend4-hour shift $16-$21/hour based on experience Job DescriptionReceives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
Performs general maintenance tasks.
Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting. QualificationsPrefer 3-5 years' experience in a maintenance setting.
Valid Drivers License, required.
