Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Technician What are we looking for? Perform maintenance tasks and schedule accordingly to ensure all resident and vacant unit requests are completed in a timely manner Be organized and reach turn and work order goals. Excellent curb appeal and attention to detail Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to include major and minor repairs EPA certification is required. Must know and be able to work proficiently in plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and general punch items Addressing resident concerns in professional manner ON-Call for emergencies is required Physical requirements: 66%-100% of time will be on feet Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs and climb ladders Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude.
