Commercial Overhead Door Service Technician WorkerBee's Staffing - 4.0 Bartow, FL Job Details $23 - $28 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description What Your Day Looks Like Based in Bartow, FL, you'll start your day loading up parts and heading out to commercial sites to keep overhead door systems running smoothly. You'll tackle installs, track down the source of performance issues, and make precise repairs that keep our clients' operations moving. Throughout the day, you'll communicate clearly with customers, document your work, and coordinate with a supportive team that values safety and craftsmanship. What You'll Handle Install, service, and repair commercial overhead door systems and their operators. Diagnose performance problems and perform troubleshooting across various door types and controls. Deliver excellent customer service through clear, proactive communication and responsiveness to client needs. Complete all tasks in line with safety regulations and company policies. Record details of service calls, repairs, and installations with accuracy. Work with teammates to refine processes and elevate service quality. Keep current with industry trends and new advancements in overhead door technology. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Proven experience as an overhead door technician or similar mechanical service role. Strong mechanical aptitude with solid troubleshooting ability. Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
