Bartow, FL Area Looking for a condensed workweek? Join a growing manufacturing team as a Weekend Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician. In this role, you'll help maintain critical production equipment, respond to maintenance needs, and ensure manufacturing operations remain productive and efficient throughout the weekend shift. Key Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform troubleshooting to reduce downtime Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Diagnose and repair motors, drives, conveyors, sensors, and related equipment Work safely with 24V, 110V, and 480V electrical systems Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Perform component replacement, alignment, and equipment adjustments Assist with welding and fabrication projects when necessary Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair documentation Requirements Experience in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical maintenance, or a related field Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance Familiarity with industrial tools and maintenance equipment Ability to work independently during weekend production operations Preferred Qualifications Experience with PLC-controlled machinery Multi-craft maintenance experience Manufacturing or production equipment maintenance background Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment COM098 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
