Maintenance/Handyman Position Breezy Pines RV Condo Association - Big Pine Key, Florida Breezy Pines RV Condo Association is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance/Handyman Technician for a part-time, flexible position. This is a "jack-of-all-trades" role ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept community.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean bathrooms and common facilities (once per week) Perform pool maintenance 2-3 times per week (training provided) Light landscaping: tree trimming, weeding, and vegetation cleanup Minor lawn care & mowing General handyman work and minor repairs Organizing tool & equipment sheds Light painting and small carpentry projects

Schedule:

Up to 10 hours per week on a consistent schedule Reports to the Breezy Pines Manager and/or a designated

Board Member Compensation:

$20/hour for general maintenance work $50/hour for carpentry projects depending on skill level

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Prior maintenance/handyman experience preferred Three work-related references required Examples/photos of handyman or carpentry work Must provide own carpentry tools Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Equipment Provided:

Breezy Pines will supply lawn equipment (mower, weed trimmer), cleaning tools, and all necessary cleaning supplies.

Additional Opportunity:

This position offers the potential to earn additional income by providing handyman services to Breezy Pines residents outside of scheduled Association hours, provided it does not interfere with assigned duties.

Pay:

$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
