Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and keeping a community running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, dependable, and brings a strong "see it, solve it, own it" mindset every day. What you'll do: Complete service requests efficiently and with attention to detail Prepare apartments for move-in (make readies, punch work) Handle general repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction Maintain community grounds and assist with debris removal Support larger maintenance projects as needed What you bring: Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience required Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude Ability to work Monday-Friday with on-call availability required (including occasional holidays) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance HVAC and CPO certifications preferred At Pedcor Homes, we take pride in our communities and the people who keep them operating at their best.
