Maintenance Technician - Multifamily Property Manahement

Cynergy Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team! This position supports two nearby properties—a 68-townhome community and a 200-unit apartment complex—working alongside a Maintenance Supervisor and a team of three technicians who rotate between properties.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of apartments and common areas. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues (EPA Universal Certification required). Repair or replace appliances, plumbing, electrical, and lighting fixtures. Complete work orders efficiently and ensure resident satisfaction. Assist with unit turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs.

Requirements:

2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing or related field. EPA Universal Certification (required). Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Skilled in appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Compensation:
