Position Overview We are hiring a motivated Window & Door Installer to join our growing team as a W2 employee on a competitive piece-rate pay structure . This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who wants their earnings to directly reflect their productivity and quality of work. No hourly caps—experienced installers can earn well above industry averages with the stability of full-time W2 employment (payroll taxes handled, consistent local work in a growing market). What You'll Do Safely remove existing windows and doors from residential homes Prepare openings and precisely install new high-performance windows, entry doors, sliding doors, and impact-rated products Complete all interior/exterior trim, caulking, sealing, and finishing work to manufacturer and code specifications Maintain a clean and safe job site, including proper debris disposal Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the install Work collaboratively with our small, tight-knit team of professionals What We Offer Competitive piece-rate pay structure — your earnings directly reflect your efficiency and quality of work (top performers earn excellent income) Year-round, consistent work with no long-distance travel (local residential jobs in the Nature Coast area) Full-time W2 employee status Company-provided trailer for transporting materials to job sites Family-owned company culture that values hard work, craftsmanship, and respect Opportunities for growth and advancement as our team expands What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in window and/or door installation (residential replacement preferred) Must have your own complete set of professional tools for window and door installation Familiarity with common window/door systems, impact products, and basic construction practices Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work on ladders/scaffolding, and perform in Florida's weather Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and commitment to doing the job right the first time Professional attitude, positive team-player mindset, and excellent customer service skills Ability to pass a background check If you're a reliable, hard-working installer who takes pride in quality work and wants to be rewarded for your efficiency, we want to hear from you!
