After a 90-day review period, pay is adjusted to reflect performance, reliability, and skill level.  Overtime available year-round  Per diem provided for overnight travel  Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays  Family-owned company with direct leadership access  Opportunity to move into future leadership roles (Lead Installer, Superintendent, Project Manager)  Reliability and performance incentives are actively being developed Applicants who do not confirm travel and schedule flexibility may not be considered.
