Facilities Maintenance / Painter

Perform preventative and general maintenance work to ensure physical plant quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained. Takes care of the building, equipment and grounds. Perform maintenance and repairs, and preventative maintenance, to all areas. Handle requests promptly and resolve matters to the guest's satisfaction in a courteous and friendly manner as needed. Knowledge of painting, Must be able to communicate in English Work evenings, weekends, and holidays Summary As a facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the building facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, mechanical and plumbing will be vital in addressing maintenance issues promptly, painting a must. Additionally, your experience in multi use building environments and customer service will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
