Job Description
37 Unit Apartment Complex in Crestview is looking for a full-time maintenance associate. Hours are Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm (on call for emergencies) after hours. Closed and paid on federal holidays. Primary Responsibilities preparation of market-ready apartments. Removal of abandoned furniture, trash and appliances as needed. Cleaning of units once they are made ready for move in Maintains common areas by cutting grass, and weed eating keep clean, operational, and safe for our residents. Performs basic maintenance as scheduled. Checks and replaces exterior lighting on a regular basis. Changes locks. Ensures that all make‐ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Performs any additional duties assigned, to include work orders. Painting units, laying quarter round on flooring when installed Assist with pest control once a month by entering units Assist manager with monthly inspections of units.
