Job Description

Join our team at Park Partners Residential, a private owner management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents and a desirable work environment for our associates. We're currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Davie, Florida. The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of the property and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents. Working under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to maintain the property's physical condition and functionality.
Requirements Routine Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical, and appliances.
Repairs:
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
Emergency Response:
Be available for on-call duty and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours. Address emergency situations such as floods, fires, and power outages as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in multi-family maintenance field preferred. Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, make ready and other systems required. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. EPA Universal license required. High school diploma or equivalent.
