This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe property, and provides excellent guest service. During the hotel's off-season periods, this role will also assist with guest shuttle transportation.

Responsibilities:

Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs including: Minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and preventative maintenance Guest room repairs and upkeep Public area maintenance and cleanliness Assisting with pool and exterior upkeep Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks Maintain organized maintenance areas and tools During off-season periods, provide shuttle transportation for hotel guests to and from the airport and local destinations Assist guests with luggage and provide friendly customer service Follow all hotel safety and company policies

Requirements:

Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Must be able to drive hotel shuttle van safely Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
