Facilities Maintenance Technician JM Family Enterprises - 4.2 Deerfield Beach, FL Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications Safe work practices Outdoor work Driver's License Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description The Facilities Maintenance Technician will provide general maintenance, repair services and respond to a range of customer requests to support the facilities needs at our corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities:

General maintenance and preventative maintenance of the facilities by performing activities including painting, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Meeting set-ups. Special projects as assigned. Complete repair and maintenance tasks with a high degree of quality and accuracy. Practice excellent customer service, including timely follow up and resolution. Be available for on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Accurately record all work and associated labor time in the work management system. Effective communication verbally and in writing. Assist with exterior and ground support and maintenance from time- to -time.

Qualifications:

1-3 years' prior experience in a facilities or maintenance role preferred Knowledge of or skills in plumbing and painting Proficient with proper use of hand/power tools and appropriate safety protocols. Must be able to work from ladders or personal lifts at various heights. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work effectively within a team structure. Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, including weekends and evenings. Must have a valid US Driver's License. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and maneuver 100 lbs.
