Handyman / Construction Maintenance Technician - Job Description We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Construction Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of repair, maintenance, and construction-related duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in general repairs, basic construction work, and property maintenance, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Complete basic construction tasks including framing, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and trim work. Repair and install doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and appliances. Conduct plumbing and electrical minor repairs and troubleshooting. Perform carpentry, roofing, tile, and concrete repair work as needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and clean condition. Inspect properties for maintenance issues and recommend necessary repairs. Follow safety procedures and local building codes. Assist with remodeling, renovation, and improvement projects. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Experience in handyman services, construction, or property maintenance preferred. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. Good communication and time-management skills.
