We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in floor honing, polishing, sealing, and hard surface restoration. This position is project-based, with the possibility of future opportunities depending on upcoming jobs and performance. The ideal candidate must be confident working in high-end residential environments and capable of producing luxury-quality finishes on marble, travertine, terrazzo, granite, porcelain tile, and other hard surface flooring. Duties & Responsibilities Hone, polish, and seal natural stone and porcelain tile flooring Perform honing and polishing on porcelain tile floors to restore clarity and finish consistency Restore stone and hard surfaces to a high-gloss or matte finish as required Remove etching, light scratches, dullness, and surface wear Operate floor machines, hand polishers, diamond tooling, and restoration equipment safely and effectively Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean workspace Inspect surfaces and determine proper restoration methods Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Communicate professionally on-site with team members and clients if needed Requirements Previous experience in marble, porcelain, and stone restoration is

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of honing, polishing, sealing, and refinishing techniques Experience with porcelain tile, marble, travertine, terrazzo, granite, and other hard surfaces preferred Must have reliable transportation Professional attitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a luxury standard Job Type Contract / Project-Based One-Day Job Potential for future work opportunities, though not guaranteed
