Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for a busy condominium property to join our team.
Schedule :
12pm-8PM, weekends included. Responsibilities will include facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, common area and unit repairs. Experience in pools, hot tubs, HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, minor carpentry, parts and supply ordering and disaster preparedness a plus. We have a great benefits package! We are not a seasonal employer, we operate all year and will be looking for candidates that want year-around employment and long term goals.
