Job Description

This position is for a part-time maintenance person for a 76-room limited-service hotel in a thriving downtown community. We are an award-winning hotel with a strong reputation for service and cleanliness. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time hours in the future. This position is under the supervision of a full time Maintenance Supervisor. Skills Desired Experience painting interiors and touch-ups Plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC experience a plus Must be willing to clean carpets and move furniture Physical labor will be required Ability to interact with guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner Qualifications Reliable, friendly, and committed to maintaining a safe and inviting environment. Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, and standing. Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in work Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
