Role:
This entry-level role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall readiness of the community center and other Mayroad amenities. The position supports daily operations by preparing facilities for resident use and scheduled events, performing routine inspections and maintenance, managing supplies and inventory, and coordinating repairs as needed. This individual plays a key role in ensuring community assets are secure, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards, and may assist with emergency response and incident follow-up as a designated essential team member. Evening, weekend, or after-hours support may be required based on operational needs.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of front-facing customer service experience preferred. General understanding of home repair. Valid REAL-ID compliant driver s license and reliable transportation . Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of hand and power tools, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical tools, saws, drills, and hand tools. Basic computer and mobile device skills, including timekeeping, computer-based training, and use of mobile work order applications, email, camera, and phone for work-related communication. Ability and willingness to use a personal smartphone and personal vehicle for work-related communication and transportation, in accordance with company policy. Safety-minded with a basic understanding of OSHA and other safety requirements; ability to obtain required certifications. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to accurately complete documentation. Reliable, dependable, and professional with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize and manage work orders in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with residents and coworkers.
