Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job description: Job Summary West Bay Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity for Building Maintenance Staff. Responsibilities Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds. Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor. Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems. Testing and recommending new maintenance products. Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers. Performs other duties as required. Experience Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC is preferred. Experience with commercial/building painting a plus. Regular and reliable attendance a must. Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and tenants. Must be able to work outdoors in South Florida weather. General handyman/skilled labor/trades abilities. Must be a team player.
