Pool Maintenance Technician - Performance Bonus!

Our Pool Maintenance Technicians are held to a high standard at Blue Science. In this customer-facing role, you will maintain pools, inspect equipment, and manage customer expectations daily. This position will be located in our Fort Myers area. Job Description Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance on clients' pools by skimming, vacuuming, and brushing walls and steps. Maintain and clean pool filters. Adjust, maintain, and regularly test the water to ensure proper chemistry. Consistently inspect pool and equipment; provide solutions and troubleshoot any issues. Resolve client or customer concerns and provide excellent customer care. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills /

Abilities:

Excellent verbal and customer service skills. The ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work outside year-round in a variety of conditions. Mechanical aptitude and pool experience (preferred but not required). A valid driver's license and good driving record required .

Education and Experience:

High school diploma / GED (preferred but not required).

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with weekend / Saturday opportunity!

Full-time Production Pay Range:

$560 - $1,030 per week

Bonus Structure:

$1,500 bonus after 90 days of satisfactory performance Additional $1,500 bonus after 180 days of continued satisfactory performance Qualifying candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to being hired.
