Duties Perform a wide range of repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance tasks. Assess repair needs by inspecting properties thoroughly and accurately diagnosing issues. Complete maintenance projects efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards. Collaborate with clients or property managers to understand project requirements and provide expert recommendations. Maintain organized records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task. Ensure all tools, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and stored after use. Respond promptly to urgent repair requests to minimize downtime or inconvenience for clients. Qualifications Proven experience in handyman services or related maintenance roles with a broad skill set across multiple trades. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic appliance repairs. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety procedures. Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks in various environments. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred.
