Your Role:

Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, youll be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and specialty projects across our properties. Youll play a key role in ensuring our homes and units are safe, functional, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairsTroubleshoot and repair HVAC systemsExecute carpentry tasks including painting and sheetrock repairInstall flooring and assist with furniture and accessory setupConduct light maintenance and groundskeeping dutiesMeet and exceed time-sensitive service standardsWork safely and efficiently at all timesMultitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentInteract professionally and courteously with guests and team membersHandle stressful situations with calm professionalismMake sound decisions independentlyCollaborate effectively with team membersMaintain accurate records and communicate clearly with managementPerform additional functions such as groundskeeping and light maintenance duties as assigned by management
