Your will help deliver exceptional service to our clients by keeping their pools sparkling and operational. Duties Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces to maintain cleanliness and clarity. Inspect pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and chlorinators; identify issues and perform basic repairs or notify the service team for advanced fixes. Conduct water testing to monitor chemical levels; adjust chemicals as needed to ensure safe and balanced water quality. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, repairs performed, and equipment status for each pool serviced. Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally, ensuring all safety measures are in place during transitions. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate maintenance tasks and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate. Excellent communication skills to work with team members and clients effectively. Valid driver's license preferred; willingness to learn about pool systems and safety protocols. Must be able to work M-F. This is a full time, year round position. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license and clean driving record Must be able to lift 50lbs+ and work outside in Florida heat. Must be self motivated and have good people skills.
