Melbourne, FL Pay:
$21
  • 23 per hour The Dunes Apartments is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This role is responsible for completing apartment maintenance repairs, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and resident service requests while helping maintain a safe and attractive community.
Responsibilities:
Complete general maintenance repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry Respond to resident work orders in a timely and professional manner Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs and ensuring move-in readiness Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment Maintain common areas, grounds, and community amenities Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and basic carpentry Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed EPA Certification preferred but not required
