Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the seamless operation of our community. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of maintenance needs to keep our operations running smoothly. Your maintenance expertise and proactive approach will contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports our community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting while making a tangible impact every day. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on maintenance, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance Troubleshoot and repair appliances, air conditioning units, plumbing and electrical, Conduct repairs on various equipment including motors, pumps, compressors, and electrical systems with precision and efficiency Assist with installation projects related to HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or maintenance tasks as needed Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure compliance and facilitate future servicing Respond promptly to equipment failures or system malfunctions to minimize downtime and operational disruptions respond to emergency on calls promptly and efficiently Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a apartment community enviornment EPA certification required Strong maintencne knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes Familiarity with HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment Experience in maintenance is required Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members during maintenance tasks Knowledge of safety protocols related to mechanical work and equipment handling Join us in delivering exceptional maintenance services that keep our operations running at peak performance! Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
