Customer Service/ Dock Hand/Tour guide/Captains

Bluewater Adventure - Key Largo, FL (Playa Largo Resort) Bluewater Adventure is hiring for our Key Largo location at the beautiful Playa Largo Resort. We are a fast-growing waterfront company operating tours, boat charters, kayaks, and paddleboards in one of the busiest resort environments in the Florida Keys. We are looking for dependable, high-energy team members who thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor setting. Position 1: Customer Service / Watersports Attendant This role is guest-facing and requires confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and assist with booking tours and rentals Explain tour details, safety rules, and waterway directions clearly Check guests in and manage reservations Answer questions about tours, rentals, and policies Launch and assist with kayaks and paddleboards as needed Ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of Maintain a clean and organized kiosk/dock area Handle payments and basic POS transactions Work closely with captains and dock crew

Requirements:

Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Able to confidently explain directions and safety instructions Comfortable working outdoors in heat and sun Reliable and punctual Team-oriented and professional Position 2: Dock Hand This role is hands-on and physical. Must be comfortable working on and around boats.

Responsibilities:

Tie and secure boats safely at dock Fuel boats properly and safely Ice boats before departures Wash boats at end of day Launch, carry, and set up kayaks and paddleboards Retrieve and store equipment at end of shift Assist captains with docking and departures Perform basic boat checks before and after trips Keep dock clean, organized, and guest-ready

Requirements:

Physically able to lift and carry kayaks and equipment Comfortable working on docks and around water Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable and able to follow procedures Previous marine or dock experience is a plus (not required) Tour Guides and Captains urgently needed!
