POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician performs repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance across all buildings, RV sites, and amenities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete work orders for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Perform daily inspections of RV sites and amenities. Assist with landscaping, painting, pressure washing. Conduct pool chemistry checks. Support resort events setup. Identify safety hazards. Provide guest assistance professionally.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years maintenance experience Working knowledge of multiple trades Strong communication skills Self-starter with initiative
WORKING CONDITIONS
Outdoor work, lifting 50+ lbs Nights/weekends/holidays may be required
