We're looking for a driven, versatile professional who wants more than just a punch list of repairs. What You'll Do:
Perform general repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting at commercial properties Manage and respond to incoming work orders with professionalism and efficiency Coordinate and schedule subcontractors when specialized work is required Oversee ongoing facility maintenance to ensure quality and consistency Communicate with clients and team members to keep projects running smoothly Identify opportunities for additional services—and earn commission by helping grow the business Operate Facility Maintenance equipment to ensure customer value
