Maintenance Technician (Hotel/Resort) Full time + Benefits

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel and resort facilities, providing guests with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various hotel and resort equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies. Collaborate with other departments to support special projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property, including grounds and common areas. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
