The Pool Tech Representative is responsible for providing world class guidance to our DIY pool customers. Pool Tech Representative Job Summary The Pool Tech Representative works within the call center and offers support by answering calls, chats, and emails. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of pool maintenance experience Experience in customer service is required Proficient in relevant computer applications Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately Positive and patient
