In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by performing a variety of landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. Position Overview We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow into true landscape professionals, not just operate equipment. This role focuses on landscape maintenance, horticultural best practices, and professional site care for high-end residential and commercial properties. No direct experience is required. We will train the right person. Candidates with prior landscape or horticulture experience may qualify for higher starting pay and faster advancement. What You'll Do As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you'll work as part of a professional team delivering high-quality site care with attention to plant health, detail, and client expectations. Duties Perform landscape maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Apply good horticultural practices to protect and improve plant health. Perform correct pruning methods for shrubs, ornamental trees, and perennials. Assist with seasonal landscape tasks, bed care, and site detailing. Maintain clean, professional job sites and company vehicles. Safely operate and maintain landscape tools and equipment. Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns. Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors regarding site conditions and service needs. Support weekly production and quality goals. Learn and explain company service programs to customers as you advance. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Skills Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, tree care, and horticulture practices. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward landscape upkeep and maintenance tasks.
