• Floor Technician with Janitorial Experience.

Schedule and Location:

Fort Lauderdale

• Monday through Friday 10pm to 5am.

(40hours/Weekly).

What You'll Do:

Experience in waxing and stripping floors. Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner. Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors, tile, and carpets. Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure. Always observe safety precautions. Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Reports on safety hazards as appropriate. Adhere to dress code such wearing company uniform. Report to work in a timely manner. Always represent the organization in a positive and professional manner. Comply with all company policies and standard procedures. Communicate the mission, ethics and goals of our organization.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of floor technician experience. Flexible availability (days, weekends, on call). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented and meticulous. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Must always maintain a strong awareness of safety and proactive leadership approach.

Physical Requirements:

Must be in good physical condition and able to comfortably perform extended periods of walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting, Ability to lift, carry, and move 25 pounds or more on a regular basis.
