Full Job Description Job Title:
Handyman Job Summary We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and versatile Handyman to join our construction team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for a wide variety of small-to-medium residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and light construction tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a broad range of trade skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities General Repairs & Maintenance:
Handle everyday repair tasks including drywall patching, painting, basic carpentry, trim work, and door/window hardware adjustments.
Light Plumbing & Electrical:
Perform minor plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains) and basic electrical work (e.g., replacing light fixtures, switches, or outlets) safely and efficiently.
Installation Tasks:
Install cabinetry, shelving, flooring, tiling, and various fixtures or appliances as needed.
Job Site Preparation & Cleanup:
Assist with setup, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
