Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Description of the role: As a Maintenance Technician at Neulife Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities on weekends. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe and functional environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and repairs of equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Maintain and repair fixtures, furniture, and other physical structures. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
