In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality pool enclosures, screen systems, and related components that enhance backyard retreats. Your expertise will ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install pool screen enclosures using hand tools and power tools with precision and care Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of screens, framing, and related fixtures Operate heavy equipment as needed for site preparation and material handling Manage on-site construction activities, including framing, various fixtures such as doors, trim carpentry elements, glass panels, and screens to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Perform quality inspections throughout the project to verify adherence to safety standards and design specifications. Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques Knowledge of caulking, remodeling or renovation projects is highly desirable Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials safely Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in construction finishing touches Join us in creating exceptional outdoor living spaces!
