This role requires strong hands-on skills, reliability, and clean documentation of work performed. You will handle day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for specialty trades. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (common areas and as assigned)
• Preventive maintenance checks and routine upkeep
• Receive, track, and close out work orders with clear notes
• Identify issues early and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with vendors for specialty services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures Requirements
• 2+ years of maintenance/handyman experience (multi-family preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and basic tools (as applicable)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required for maintenance
• Professional communication and reliability Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in condo/HOA or multi-family communities
