Duties Perform routine pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and water balancing to ensure optimal water quality and safety. Use hand tools and power tools to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorination systems. Conduct regular inspections of pool components to identify maintenance needs or potential issues before they become problems. Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance schedules for each pool. Assist with minor equipment repairs and replacements using appropriate tools and techniques. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure personal safety and compliance with industry standards. Drive provided vehicle along designated routes to service multiple pools efficiently throughout the day. Skills Basic mechanical knowledge to understand pool equipment operation and troubleshooting. Experience with equipment repair or service technician roles is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Familiarity with pool maintenance procedures including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues accurately. Dependability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
