• This is a temporary-to-hire position
• Maintenance Technician We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing equipment, production operations, and facility maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience working with automated production equipment, and the ability to fabricate or modify machine components when needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automated systems Diagnose and repair production line equipment, conveyors, motors, and drives Troubleshoot 24 VDC control systems and AC voltage systems safely Work with sensors, fiber optic sensors, solenoids, stepper motors, and servo motors Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems Fabricate, modify, and repair machine parts and components Operate drill presses, lathes, and milling machines Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred Experience with automated production machinery and labeling equipment Mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with wrap-around label machines Experience with servo-driven automation systems Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments Basic understanding of PLC-controlled equipment preferred

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time

Standard Shift:

4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

• Overtime required based on production needs
• Saturday work required as needed

Salary:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
