Full-time Facility Maintenance Technician Location:
Orlando, FL Pay Range:
$20.00- $25.

Perform wall and drywall installation and demo, carpet replacement, VCT replacement, acoustical ceiling installation/demo and reconfiguration, painting, and woodworking. Ensure high-quality finishes contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces. Perform other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in construction or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in drywall, wall installation, carpet replacement, acoustical ceiling installation, painting, and woodworking. Proficiency with construction tools, equipment, and materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and finishing work.Ideally, You'll Also Have:
Certifications in specific trades (e.g., drywall installation, painting, or flooring) are advantageous.- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
