Job Description
PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
•MUST BE 21 OR OLDER
Duties:
- Clean and maintain pools, including vacuuming, skimming, and brushing
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Inspect pool equipment, such as filters, pumps, and heaters, for proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on pool equipment
- Repair or replace faulty pool equipment components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pool systems
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance
- Knowledge of pool equipment repair and maintenance techniques
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Full-time, Part-time Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician and become the expert responsible for ensuring pristine, safe, and well-maintained swimming pools. In this energetic role, you'll perform routine inspections, cleaning, and repairs to keep pools in top condition. Duties Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing to maintain water clarity and hygiene Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as water testing, chemical balancing, and filter cleaning to ensure optimal operation Utilize hand tools and power tools for equipment repairs and troubleshooting issues with pumps, filters, heaters, and other pool systems Inspect pool components for wear or damage and execute necessary repairs or recommend replacements to prevent malfunctions Maintain detailed service logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records for each pool serviced Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during these procedures Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about maintenance needs and explaining proper pool care practices Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience handling equipment repair and troubleshooting Prior experience as a service technician or in a pool maintenance role is highly preferred Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, chemical testing kits, and water chemistry principles Ability to operate hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers as well as power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records Physical ability to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is often required for travel between job sites Join us in delivering top-tier pool care by applying your technical skills in a fast-paced environment!
