Tenants Full Job Description Handyman/Maintenance Man Position:

Multiple Commercial Properties (Local Travel Required) Overview We are seeking a dependable, skilled Handyman/Maintenance man to support maintenance operations across our commercial properties. This role requires someone who is comfortable traveling between multiple sites to complete repair requests efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is self-directed, experienced with general building maintenance, and able to represent the company well during tenant interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance across commercial buildings, including fixing toilets, sinks, and basic plumbing issues; replacing lights, ballasts, switches, and minor electrical components; replacing ceiling tiles; minor drywall repairs; basic carpentry; general cleaning; and debris removal.
• Travel to multiple commercial properties daily using personal vehicle.
• Communicate clearly with the Property Manager regarding completed work, materials needed, and any observed issues.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with building guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized set of tools and work area. Requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal truck/vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials.
• Must provide and maintain your own basic tools.
• Prior experience in commercial maintenance, facilities, or handyman work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Professional communication and tenant-facing demeanor.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and occasionally in mechanical or utility areas. Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing lines).
• Ability to identify potential maintenance issues before they escalate. Schedule

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
