The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring cleanliness and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas, equipment, and facilities/grounds. Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for production processes. Support various departments by providing assistance with tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Operate basic machinery and tools as required, following all safety protocols. Help manage inventory by organizing supplies, receiving deliveries and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in a utility or maintenance role is required. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Basic mechanical skills are required, with an understanding of how to operate tools safely. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
