This is not just a route position. We are looking for the right person to move directly into Tech Manager training and become a key part of our long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool cleaning, hands-on repair experience, a clean driving record, and the motivation to take on greater responsibility. This role is for someone who wants to build a future with a growing company and step into a management position.

Starting at $22 per hour, paid as salary Increase to $25 per hour, paid as salary, after a 3-month probation period for the right candidate End-of-year sales bonuses available after 1 year of employment Position Summary This position starts in the field with pool service and repair responsibilities, while training directly into a Tech Manager role. As you grow into the position, responsibilities will include repairs, equipment installs, job site visits, new pool startups, and managing 2 route drivers. Key Responsibilities Perform weekly pool service and maintenance at a high level Diagnose and complete pool equipment repairs Install pumps, filters, salt systems, timers, and related equipment Handle new pool startups and equipment checks Perform job site visits and evaluate field conditions Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work vehicles Communicate professionally with customers and team members Train into a leadership role overseeing 2 route drivers Help maintain service quality, accountability, and field efficiency Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of pool cleaning experience Minimum 1 year of pool repair experience Clean driver's license required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and stay productive in the field Professional communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Motivated to grow into a management position What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, communicates well, and wants more than just a paycheck.
