This is a ground-floor opportunity; as our route grows, so does your schedule. We're looking for the right person to grow with us into a full-time position . What You'll Do Service residential and/or commercial pools on a scheduled route Test and balance water chemistry Clean and maintain pool equipment, filters, and surfaces Provide customers with professional, friendly service on their property Document service visits via smartphone app What We Offer $15.00-$21.50/hr based on experience 1-2 weeks of paid training — no pool experience? No problem for the right candidate Part-time now with a clear path to full-time as the route expands A supportive team environment Uniform shirts, tools and equipment provided Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid Florida driver's license with a clean MVR Reliable personal vehicle — truck or van preferred (we're open to discussing options for the right candidate) Personal vehicle insurance Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must be fluent in English Authorized to work in the United States Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Professional appearance - will wear company provided, branded shirts References required Preferred (Not Required) Prior pool service or outdoor labor experience CPO certification or willingness to obtain one
