Property Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of residential or commercial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks and ensuring that facilities remain safe & functional. Your expertise will help create a comfortable environment for residents, tenants, or clients while supporting the overall integrity of the property. Duties Analyzing regular work orders for determining long-term maintenance work. Identifying problems and repairing all carpentry and electrical appliance. Maintaining common areas, building exteriors, drainage systems, water management and fire alarm of buildings. Inspecting units to identify restorative and preventive repairs. Responding to residents' requests for maintenance and repair, ensuring requests are fulfilled promptly and competently. Performing daily inspections of the property as well as maintenance and upkeep duties as necessary to maintain safety, comfort, and aesthetics. Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
