Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Fabricate and install parts as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility
• Supervise and train junior technicians as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
• Strong customer service skills to interact with internal stakeholders
• Leadership abilities to supervise and guide junior technicians
• Knowledge of air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
