Pool Supervisor / Field Technician
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on
Pool Supervisor / Field Guy
to join our team. This position is for someone who knows pools, can manage jobs in the field, and keep crews and projects moving the right way.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing pool construction/service work in the field
Managing crews and daily job progress
Checking quality of work and making sure jobs are done correctly
Communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, and office staff
Picking up/delivering materials as needed
Troubleshooting issues on-site
Keeping jobs clean, organized, and on schedule
Requirements:
Pool construction or pool service experience preferred
Must be dependable and able to work independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage crews and stay organized
Valid driver's license required
Must be willing to work outdoors and handle physical work when needed
Pay based on experience.
Full-time position available.
