• Full-time About the Role The Vue Lake Tarpon, a 98-room extended stay hotel in Palm Harbor, FL, is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician.

We need someone who is hands-on, self-sufficient, and can handle a wide variety of property maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance throughout the property including guest rooms, common areas, and grounds Basic electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting, fixtures) Basic plumbing (faucets, toilets, drains, supply lines) Drywall repair, patching, texturing, and painting Door hardware, locks, and general carpentry Respond to maintenance requests from guests and management in a timely manner Conduct routine preventive maintenance and room inspections Coordinate with outside vendors when needed Requirements 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (hotel, apartment complex, or similar multi-unit property preferred) Demonstrated ability in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and general repairs Must be able to work independently and manage your own task list Reliable, professional, and physically able to perform the demands of the job (lifting up to 50 lbs) Valid driver's license required Schedule Full-time | Days may vary based on property needs | On-call availability for emergencies a plus
