In this flexible and energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of our operations that includes but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall repairs as well as flooring installation/repair. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will help prevent downtime, enhance safety standards, and support the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of property and rooms to ensure safe conditions at all times. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Conduct appliance repairs and service tasks efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain high standards of quality. Assist with construction or installation projects related to facility upgrades or new equipment setups. Coordinate with other technicians during complex repairs or maintenance activities to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference. Routine pool maintenance Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to restore critical systems swiftly. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in plumbing, HVAC/R, appliance repair, floor installation/repair or related fields. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with basic plumbing and HVAC systems—including air conditioning units—technology is highly preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with strong communication abilities to clearly explain technical issues.
